  • Date: August 9, 2016 10:00 am – 11:00 am

New federal overtime regulations will more than double the minimum salary floor for the federal overtime exemption from $455 weekly to $913 weekly, eclipsing California’s exemption rules. The rules go into effect December 1, 2016. Join Cook Brown Partner Terry A. Wills at this Sacramento Area Human Resources Association webinar to learn about:

  • Impacts of the new rule on employers.
  • Various tools and approaches for compliance, including the Salary Basis and duties tests.
  • Pay raises.
  • Reclassification.
  • Application of bonuses.

Online registration is available until August 8, 2016. To register or for more details, visit SAHRA.
