Managing Partner
Daniel F. C. Kozieja is an Associate Attorney with Cook Brown LLP. His practice includes employment litigation and advising employers regarding a variety of labor and employment issues, including but not limited to, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour matters. Mr. Kozieja is an experienced advocate; he has briefed cases at varying levels of the state and federal courts and has successfully argued cases in the trial courts and before the appellate division.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kozieja practiced property law and general civil litigation, including matters involving real property disputes, wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
Mr. Kozieja is a graduate of California Western School of Law, where he earned honors for academic excellence, pro bono, and public service work. He is licensed to practice before all California state courts, and before the Eastern and Southern U.S. District Courts of California.
