Cook Brown Partner, Brian Bertossa, will speak at the CFMA Luncheon on protecting your business from employment litigation. He will provide a recap of recent California Supreme Court and high profile decisions that are impacting employers in California and beyond. Recent rulings against employers are leading to continued lawsuits brought by current and former employees.
