Patrick E. White III

Patrick E. White III is an associate attorney with Cook Brown LLP. His practice includes wage and hour class action litigation and advising employers on a variety of issues, including, but not limited to, timekeeping practices, payroll practices, and wrongful termination.
He has extensive experience mediating and litigating wage and hour class and representative action lawsuits involving unpaid minimum and overtime wages, meal and rest break violations, unreimbursed business expenses, wage statement penalties, unfair competition, and civil penalties under the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”). Patrick also has experience representing employers in Division of Labor Standards Enforcement investigations and matters before the California Labor Commissioner.
Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2010, where he served as Co-President of the Black Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Patrick attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Patrick is a member of the John M. Langston Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before all California state courts, and before the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern U.S. District Courts of California.
