Hanh B. Phan
Hanh is a second-year law student at the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law. At King Hall School of Law, Hanh serves as an editor on the UC Davis Law Review and is a member of the Negotiations Team and the Asian Pacific Law Students Association.
Before law school, Hanh graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles in June of 2019, a year early, with a B.A. in Political Science. In the summer of 2020, Hanh externed for the Hon. Justice Nathan D. Mihara of the California Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District. Hanh researched and summarized pending cases for oral arguments and drafted bench memoranda for Justice Mihara.
Hanh joined Cook Brown in May of 2020 as a law clerk where she has gained valuable experience conducting research and drafting memoranda on topics including employment discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims.
