Dylan has been with Cook Brown since May of 2018, gaining experience in all areas of labor and employment law. His experience includes working on wage and hour matters as well as assisting clients in navigating civil wage and penalty assessments issued by the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
Before joining Cook Brown as a law clerk in 2018, Dylan assisted clients in all aspects of case assessment, negotiation and settlement, and representation in bankruptcy proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.
Dylan received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Psychological Science, and Pre-Law from Ball State University in 2016. He graduated with Distinction from the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law in 2019 with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law.
